Official documents for ADEL CRM (app.ai.adel.company). Read these before using telephony, paid ads, or lead campaigns.

These documents apply to the ADEL CRM Workspace web application and related services operated by ADEL COMPANY LLC. For convenience, the same pages are linked from the ADEL CRM mobile app under More → Documentation.

• Terms of Service — general agreement to use the platform.
• Privacy Policy — how we collect and use personal data.
• Payments & platform fees (ADEL Payment) — Stripe Connect; standard platform fee 0.5% on customer payments (invoices / links), separate from Stripe processing; when your rate may differ.
• Telephony & phone numbers — subscription, number release, and data loss risks.
• Leads & advertising campaigns — delivery timelines, campaign launch, lead origin, and distribution among clients.
• Refunds & wallet balances — when refunds are not available and how unused balance may be returned.

Plans and features: current subscription tiers, limits, and in-app capabilities are described on the Plans / Paywall screen in the app (and on the web client when signed in).
