ADEL COMPANY LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the ADEL CRM platform. The primary ADEL CRM Workspace web app is hosted at https://app.ai.adel.company. We also operate APIs, mobile apps, and optional niche marketing sites that may link into the same Service. We are a Florida limited liability company with our principal place of business at 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and profile data: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number, company name, billing address, and other details you provide when signing up or updating your account.
- Payment data: payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. We may store billing contact details and a reference to your Stripe customer ID.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, and similar data when you use our websites or app.
- Lead and CRM data: if you use ADEL CRM, we store leads, contacts, opportunities, tasks, campaign and brief data, call recordings, SMS or messaging metadata when those features are enabled, and other content you create or import.
- Communications: when you contact us (e.g. by email or support chat), we keep a record of the communication.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the ADEL CRM platform and related services.
- Process payments and manage your subscription and billing.
- Authenticate you and manage your account.
- Send you service-related messages (e.g. password reset, billing, important product updates).
- Respond to your requests and provide support.
- Run and measure advertising and lead-generation programs you configure, including delivery of leads into your CRM.
- Operate telephony and messaging features (e.g. via carriers or VoIP providers) when you enable them.
- Analyze usage to improve our product and security.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing. We may share data as described in the next section. Lead inquiries generated through our advertising stack are delivered to you as part of the Service; we do not sell those contacts as a separate "list" to unrelated buyers.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: hosting (e.g. Render), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, analytics, advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) when you run campaigns through us, telecommunications telecommunications partners that power voice and SMS delivery, and other vendors who assist us under contract. They are required to use your data only to provide services to us and in line with this policy.
- Integrations you enable: if you connect ADEL CRM to third-party services (e.g. Zapier, HubSpot), we may send the data you configure (e.g. leads) to those services according to your settings.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. local storage) to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how our sites are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit some features of our services.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Telephony and campaign-related data may be deleted or made unavailable when numbers are released or subscriptions lapse, as described in our Telephony and Leads & campaigns pages. After you close your account, we may retain some data for backup, legal, or audit purposes for a limited period. You may request deletion of your personal data as described in the "Your Rights" section.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
