Telephony & phone numbers
1. What this covers
This policy describes how telephone numbers, voice, and SMS features work when provisioned through ADEL CRM ("Telephony"). Carrier or upstream provider terms may also apply. Current subscription fees and included usage are shown in the app (Phone / Billing / Plans).
2. Subscription and continuity
Telephony is provided on a subscription or usage-based basis as selected in your account. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method and for any recurring charges shown at purchase.
3. Thirty (30) day payment rule and permanent number release
If we are unable to successfully charge or renew your Telephony subscription for a continuous period of thirty (30) calendar days (for example due to failed payment, expired card, cancellation, or your failure to complete required billing steps), we may permanently release and delete the telephone number(s) associated with your Telephony subscription from your workspace.
After release, that number may be reassigned by the carrier to another customer and may not be available back to you. You acknowledge that recovery of the same number or of historical data tied to released numbers may be impossible.
Data that may become unavailable includes, without limitation: call history, recordings, voicemails, SMS logs, and configuration tied exclusively to the released line, subject to our retention settings and applicable law.
4. Compliance and acceptable use
You must use Telephony in compliance with applicable laws (including telemarketing, recording, and consent rules in your jurisdiction), carrier policies, and our Terms of Service. We may suspend Telephony for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.
