Refunds & wallet balances
1. General
This policy explains how we treat refunds, credits, and unused balances for ADEL CRM paid features. It works together with our Terms of Service. Subscription plan names, limits, and feature availability are shown on the Plans / Paywall screen and may change with notice.
2. Lead packages and Ads wallet — no refund after campaign is active
When you purchase a lead package or add funds earmarked for lead delivery, and you apply those funds so that your advertising campaign moves to an "Active" (or equivalent) status in the Service, those amounts are considered committed to delivery.
No refund is offered for that purchased package or for amounts already allocated to an active campaign, except where we expressly agree in writing or where required by applicable law. This reflects the fact that inventory, creative, and platform costs are incurred when a campaign goes live.
3. Unused available balance (Ads and Telephony)
Where the Service shows an available balance or prepaid wallet balance for Ads or Telephony that has not been committed to an active campaign or consumed, you may request a return of that available balance according to the process we publish in the app (e.g. via Billing or support).
We may verify your account, payment method, and chargeback history. Processing times and any administrative fees will be communicated at the time of the request. Some jurisdictions may grant you additional statutory rights; nothing here limits those rights.
4. Subscriptions (CRM / platform)
Recurring subscription fees for platform access are billed as shown at signup. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods, except where required by law. You may cancel renewal according to the controls in the app; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current term unless we say otherwise at purchase.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of the Service. We will provide evidence of delivery where applicable (e.g. campaign activity, lead delivery logs).
