Leads & advertising campaigns
1. What you purchase
When you purchase a lead package or allocate budget toward lead delivery in the Service, you are buying a defined volume of qualified inquiries for the selected service, geography, and parameters shown at checkout. Fees, cost-per-lead (CPL), and minimums are displayed before you confirm. Detailed pricing and plan limits are also described on the Plans / Paywall screen where applicable.
2. Delivery window (up to 30 calendar days)
Unless a different window is expressly stated at purchase, we target delivery of the purchased quantity of leads within thirty (30) calendar days from the point your order is accepted and any required payment clears.
Delivery may be faster depending on region, niche, seasonality, creative performance, lead volume purchased, and operational factors outside our sole control. The thirty-day period is a planning horizon, not a promise that leads will arrive evenly on each day.
3. Existing campaigns vs. new launch (up to 3 business days)
If, for your region and service category, we already operate active advertising campaigns that match your purchase, you may be connected to that inventory and begin receiving leads as soon as your order is active (subject to moderation, compliance checks, and capacity).
If no suitable active campaign exists for your configuration, we will initiate setup and launch of advertising on your behalf. Under normal circumstances, launch is targeted within three (3) business days after your purchase is confirmed and any required assets or account steps are complete. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal public holidays observed by our operations. Delays may occur if ad platforms reject creatives, require identity or industry verification, or due to force majeure.
4. Origin of leads — not resale from third-party lists
Leads delivered under this program are inquiries generated through advertising run for or on behalf of customers using the Service. We do not sell or transfer leads sourced as unrelated "database" or "list" products to your competitors for the same individual inquiry.
A lead typically represents a person who interacted with an ad placement and submitted a form or call intent captured by our tracking. You are responsible for timely follow-up; intent decays quickly.
5. Multiple clients in the same area
Where more than one client purchases lead delivery for the same or overlapping geography and service and is attached to the same active campaign pool, leads are distributed among participating clients according to our operational rules (for example rotation, capacity, or share of voice). Each client receives leads allocated to their account; we do not intentionally send the same individual lead to multiple competing accounts for the same exclusive package where exclusivity is stated at purchase.
Market reality: two businesses may still occasionally reach the same homeowner through separate channels; our obligation is to deliver the purchased count of platform-originated inquiries under the terms shown at purchase, not to guarantee exclusive contact with that person across the entire internet.
6. No guarantee of sales
We do not guarantee closed deals, revenue, or a particular conversion rate. Illustrative calculators or examples in the app are for planning only. Your sales process, pricing, and speed-to-lead determine commercial outcomes.
